I first saw this recipe on an episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations. It looked so good, I decided to try it myself. It has now become my drink of choice!

Ingredients

2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
8 Wedges Lime
2 Ounces Cachaca
1 Cup Ice

Mixing Instructions

  1. Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the cachaca into the glass.
  4. Stir well or shake.
