Summary

This mojito is a great summer drink, and can also be enjoyed year round. It is made with six simple ingredients: fresh mint, sugar, lime juice, club soda, ice, and rum.

Ingredients

10 Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Ice
2 ounces Club Soda
1 1/2 ounces Rum

Mixing Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass (save a few to garnish). Add sugar, and lime juice, and muddle well. Do not break the mint leaves.
  2. Fill the glass with ice. Add the rum.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Tis a very good recipe, however it is best if you muddle actual lime slices in the class opposed to just adding the lime juice. It adds more flavour that way.

ALSO simple syrup or even brown sugar cubes are better as well....

AND

My mojito would kick your mojitos ass ;)
