It's actually stolen from my friend Chris who used to work with me at the Porterhouse Bistro in Beverly Hills.

Ingredients

1 Shot Vodka
1/2 Shot Triple Sec
5 Ounces Sweet n Sour
1 1/2 packets Sugar
1/2 Shot Chambord
1 Lemon

Mixing Instructions

  1. Add some ice to a martini shaker
  2. Add the shot of vodka, and the 1/2 shot of Triple Sec to the Shaker
  3. Add about 5 ounces of Sweet n Sour or fresh lemon juice, and add a packet to a packet and a half of sugar depending on how sweet you want it. Shake for a few minutes
  4. Pour ingredients into the martini glass, then add a half a shot of chambord, when you pour it you want to drain it down the side of the glass so that it floats at the bottom.
  5. Garnish with a slice of Lemon.
