Summary

This is an awesome shake to have as breakfast in the morning or after a hard workout. It gives you lots of protein, quick to make, and tastes pretty awesome.

Recipe Story

I've been also having one for breakfast because its healthy and quick, because I'm such an on the go type of guy!

Mixing Instructions

  1. In a blender, put the ingredients in this order: Ice, Peanut Butter, Powder, and Milk. This way, when you blend, the things that need the most chopping and mixing are near the blades.
  2. On a high speed, blend that sucker. Start and stop sometimes to make sure the ice cubes are well chopped.
  3. Pour into a mug and CONSUME!
