I first tasted this delicious super-summery Champagne cocktail in Australia. I had to beg the bartender for the recipe- it's rediculously easy! Last time I made them I used gelato from Hollywood Gelato - extra yummy!
Ingredients
1 bottle sparkling wine or Champagne1 litre passionfruit sorbet or gelato
4 strawberries, cut in to halves

Mixing Instructions
- Put half of the sorbet or gelato into your blender with half the bottle of wine.
- Blend until smooth. It's really important to only do half your bottle/sorbet at a time... The bubbles get explosive when you do it all at once... I'm speaking from experience here!
- Fill your first four glasses, blend the other half, fill those glasses.
- Garnish with your strawberries... Or any other fruit you like!
