Ingredients

1 Avocado
1/2 Tomato, diced
1/4 Red Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1 Dash Tabasco
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut your avocado in half around the pit, twist, and it should come apart. Take a pairing knife, and make vertical lines, and then horizontal lines. Take a spoon, and remove the avocado flesh into little chunks. Pry out the pit from the other side, and repeat with the rest of the avocados.
  2. Chop up the red onion and tomato. Add the red onion, diced tomatoes, and lime juice.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of Tabasco.
  4. Squish it all up, and then serve with fajitas, or on it's own as a dip.
