Avocado Guacamole

Summary
Whenever I make chicken fajita's, I like to make this easy avocado guacamole.
Ingredients
1 Avocado1/2 Tomato, diced
1/4 Red Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1 Dash Tabasco
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

Directions
- Cut your avocado in half around the pit, twist, and it should come apart. Take a pairing knife, and make vertical lines, and then horizontal lines. Take a spoon, and remove the avocado flesh into little chunks. Pry out the pit from the other side, and repeat with the rest of the avocados.
- Chop up the red onion and tomato. Add the red onion, diced tomatoes, and lime juice.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of Tabasco.
- Squish it all up, and then serve with fajitas, or on it's own as a dip.
