This is my favorite Beef Gravy, just wanted to share it with everyone.

I started making this a few years ago back home in Montreal, the family love it when on a cold winter day.
Ingredients
1 Cup Butter1 Cup Flour
2 Cups Beef Broth
1/4 Tablespoon Salt
1/4 Tablespoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet

Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk together, making sure to get all visible lumps.
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until mixture starts to turn light brown, be sure to stir constantly.
- Turn heat to low and SLOWLY add broth, stirring constantly.
- Add Kitchen Bouquet. Than turn the heat up to medium
- Continue stirring until gravy boils and thickens.
