Ingredients

2 heads bok choy - remove leaves and slice stalk
1 bunch chopped green onions
In butter, saute the following: (be careful - they burn easily)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
2 packages Mr. Noodles - crumbled (just the noodles)
Dressing - Shake in a jar:
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar - be creative, use a flavoured one
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
sesame sticks

Directions

  1. In large salad bowl, add the chopped bok choy and green onions.
  2. Meanwhile, saute the sesame seeds, almonds and crumbled Mr. Noodles (remember only the noodles) until a light, golden brown.
  3. In a shaker or jar with a lid, combine soya sauce, sugar , vinegar and olive oil. Shake well until combined.
  4. Add all ingredients together and mix, and finally add a handful of sesame sticks for a real jolt of flavour. Enjoy!
