Ingredients

1 Head Broccoli
1 Clove Garlic, chopped fine
1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok on medium high heat. Once the oil is hot. Add the garlic. Once the garlic starts to sizzle, add the ginger. Stir.
  2. Once the aroma of the ginger and garlic starts to come through, it's time to add the broccoli. I like using the florets and the stalks. Stir it around around until it turns a beautiful coniferous green colour.
  3. Once the broccoli is the right colour, turn the heat up to high, add the chicken chicken stock, covering the bottom of the frying pan. Do not immerse the broccoli.
  4. Cover the broccoli with a lid, and cook until done to your liking. Turn off, and serve.
