1 Head Broccoli1 Clove Garlic, chopped fine
1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok on medium high heat. Once the oil is hot. Add the garlic. Once the garlic starts to sizzle, add the ginger. Stir.
- Once the aroma of the ginger and garlic starts to come through, it's time to add the broccoli. I like using the florets and the stalks. Stir it around around until it turns a beautiful coniferous green colour.
- Once the broccoli is the right colour, turn the heat up to high, add the chicken chicken stock, covering the bottom of the frying pan. Do not immerse the broccoli.
- Cover the broccoli with a lid, and cook until done to your liking. Turn off, and serve.
