Ingredients

1 Litre 35% Cream
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Whole Lemon, Juice Only



Change Servings

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients. Whisk and let sit for 24 hours at warm room temperature.
  2. Refrigerate.

Large metal mixing bowl, whisk.

Notes

Variations: 1. Chipotle: Add 1 tbsp of chopped chipotles 2. Lemon: Add zest and juice of 1 lemon 3. Lime: Add zest and juice of 1 lime 4. Herb: Add 1 tbsp of chopped mint, coriander and basil
