Tuna is a great source of protein, and is very low in fat and carbohydrates. The pasta is a great source of carbohydrates which will give you energy throughout the day.

1 cup Cooked pasta1 can Tuna, drained
1 tbsp Sesame oil

- Cook and drain your favourite pasta. Place in bowl, add tuna and mix. Add sesame oil. Enjoy!
