After having a great work out, it is important to give the body the proper nutrients to help the muscles recover and develop properly. Tuna is a great source of protein, and is very low in fat and carbohydrates. The pasta is a great source of carbohydrates which will give you energy throughout the day.

Ingredients

1 cup Cooked pasta
1 can Tuna, drained
1 tbsp Sesame oil

  1. Cook and drain your favourite pasta. Place in bowl, add tuna and mix. Add sesame oil. Enjoy!

Notes

Instead of Sesame oil, you can use any type of salad dressing or mayonnaise.
