Ingredients
6 Large Eggs1/2 Stalk Celery Finely diced
1/2 Green Onion finely diced
Pinch Sea Salt
Pinch Black Pepper Freshly Ground
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions
- Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and leave covered for 16 minutes.
- After 16 minutes, douse the eggs in cold water. Peel the eggs, and slice them in half.
- Remove the yokes carefully and place them in a bowl, set aside the egg whites for later.
- Mash the yokes with a fork. Aadd the celery, green onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
- Using a teaspoon place a scoop of the yolks back into the whites, making sure there is enough filling for each.
- Garnish with chives, parsley, dill, paprika, caviar, or a slice of black olive, and enjoy!
