Ingredients
5 pitas1 Cup olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp sumac

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut the pitas in 1/2 and then into 1/4 wedges, separate them, so there are 16 wedges for each pita.
- Brush the top side of the pita wedges with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano on top.
- Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your oven, until then are brown.
