Ingredients

5 pitas
1 Cup olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp sumac

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cut the pitas in 1/2 and then into 1/4 wedges, separate them, so there are 16 wedges for each pita.
  3. Brush the top side of the pita wedges with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano on top.
  4. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your oven, until then are brown.

Notes

The triangles can be stored in a sealed container at room temperature and made a day ahead.
