Extra Cheesy Cheese Sauce

Summary
This sauce goes great on broccoli, but it can also be used for homemade macaroni and cheese.
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups 18% Cream
Salt, to taste
1 Generous Cup Old Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 Heads Broccoli, Cut Into Pieces

Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- A add the flour, whisk together and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat, add the cream slowly, whisking all the time.
- After all the cream has been added put in the salt and the cheese, mix well, cover and place on the back of the stove.
- Serve over steamed brocolli.
