Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I like to serve these with my famous Dijon-Crusted Pork Roast, but they also make an excellent side to any dish!
Ingredients
7 Potatoes, Peeled and QuarteredCold Water
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cloves Garlic, squeezed
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cream
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions
- Place the quartered potatoes into a pot of cold water, add the salt and boil until fork tender.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Add the garlic, butter, cream, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve.
