When you have the munchies, this is great to have around the house and its super easy to make!
Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Golden Raisins1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1/3 Cup Hot water
3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
3/4 Cup Almonds
6 Cups Rolled Oats
2/3 Cups Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 330 degrees F
- Mix the walnuts, pecans, almonds and oats in a large bowl
- In a smaller bowl, mix the water, oil, honey, vanilla extract and brown sugar
- Pour the small bowl of liquid mixture over the oats and nuts
- Mix until the oats and nuts are covered with the liquid mixture
- Spread the granola onto a large baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Turn over the granola on the baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the granola is toasted
- Let the granola cool before adding in the raisins.
- Allow the granola to harden
- Break the granola into chunks and store in airtight containers.
