Ingredients
4 Roasting Potatoes2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Dried Oregano
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper

Directions
- Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting half and half again.
- Toss with olive oil, flour, oregano, salt and pepper to taste (raw flour and potatoes will not kill you!).
- Place potatoes on non-stick pan (or use non-stick paper on cookie sheet) and roast for 15-20 minutes, until brown on bottom.
- Turn to other side and return to oven until tender and golden brown. Serve.
