Ingredients

1 Pound Green Beans Ends Cut Off
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Freshly squeezed
Salt the water generously
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Put salt into the boiling water.
  2. Remove the ends of the green beans.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Drain and add the butter and the lemon juice.
