2 Fresh Horseradish1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper, fresh ground
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup White Vinegar

Directions
- Wash and peel the horseradish. Cut into 1" Chunks.
- Place the Horseradish chunks into the food processor and process until quite fine, add the salt, white pepper, sugar, and white vinegar, and process again for 6 or 7 pulses, until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Place into clean small mason jars, and seal immediately.
- The horseradish will keep for about a month, but will gradually become less strong. Enjoy!
