Ingredients

2 Fresh Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper, fresh ground
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup White Vinegar

Directions

  1. Wash and peel the horseradish. Cut into 1" Chunks.
  2. Place the Horseradish chunks into the food processor and process until quite fine, add the salt, white pepper, sugar, and white vinegar, and process again for 6 or 7 pulses, until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Place into clean small mason jars, and seal immediately.
  4. The horseradish will keep for about a month, but will gradually become less strong. Enjoy!
