Ingredients

250 grams Ground Pork
250 grams Ground Beef
3 Slices Wholewheat Bread
1 Medium Sized zucchini
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan (Grated)
1 Egg
1 Medium Sized Onion
3 grams Garlic
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
2/3 cup parsley

Directions

  1. Peel and Shred Zucchini
  2. Chop Parsley
  3. Dice Onion and crush/ mince garlic
  4. In pan with olive oil, fry onions garlic with a healthy pinch of oregano until clear and soft, mix in shredded Zucchini remove from heat
  5. In small bowl rip apart bread slices in small pieces add milk , set aside until milk is absorbed into bread
  6. In bowl Mix pork and beef, now add onion garlic zucchini mixture, add bread mixture, add Parmesan cheese, Parsley and egg Add Salt and pepper Mix very well , use your hands , ( wash them first )
  7. Lightly form the meat balls
  8. In the same deep sauce pan you fried your onions and garlic . pour in 1 can of your favorite sauce, gently add meatballs to sauce
  9. Cook on med low heat for 1 hour
  10. Remove excess fat from sauce with spoon, remove meat ball, have pasta ready to dump sauce on and enjoy this mouth watering meat balls that cut like butter
