Ingredients
2 tbls butter2 large eggs
4 large egg whites
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup milk
1 sweet apple
2 tbls raw sugar

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 425.
- Place butter in a 2 quart casserole dish and put in the preheating oven.
- Core and chop apple into small pieces, do not peel!
- Mix eggs, flour and milk and pour into warm casserole with melted butter.
- Spread chopped apples on top of egg mixture.
- Sprinkle raw sugar over apples and egg mixture.
- Return casserole to oven for 20 minutes.
