3 Leeks, diced

2 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
2 litres Chicken Broth

Directions
- In a Soup pot add red pepper flakes, butter and oil - when the butter is foaming add the leeks and the salt, cook until just a bit beige and soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then the chicken broth and the potatoes, simmer until the potatoes are done.
- Serve with the few drops of cream and sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
- Use the immersion blender until the soup is well blended, taste for salt and pepper.
