Ingredients

1 Pound Salmon Filet Skin on
1 Cup Soy Sauce
3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Sprigs Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Oil

Directions

  1. Cut Salmon into 1" strips. I use scissors for this job.
  2. Use a glass container. Add the soy sauce, the maple syrup and the rosemary sprigs, mix well. Add the salmon strips, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Heat pan, add oil. Lay fish in the pan and cook on each side until beautifully brown and serve.
