Directions
- Cut Salmon into 1" strips. I use scissors for this job.
- Use a glass container. Add the soy sauce, the maple syrup and the rosemary sprigs, mix well. Add the salmon strips, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Heat pan, add oil. Lay fish in the pan and cook on each side until beautifully brown and serve.
