A quick and simple dish. Goes well with meat loaf! The trick is using a potato ricer.
Ingredients
6 Medium Yukon Gold PotatoesCold Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Whipping Cream 35%
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper

Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, so they cook quickly.
- Place them in a pot and cover with cold water, 2 inches above them, bring them to a boil and then add the salt.
- When soft and ready, drain the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes through a potato ricer. Add the butter, cream, salt and pepper and mix well.
