Many years ago I found a brownie recipe from a Hershey's chocolate book. Lots of tweaks and alterations later and I have the crowd pleaser your reading today!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1 handful Chocolate Chips - any kind

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Melt the butter in a microwave (approximately 1.45-2 minutes), or use a double boiler
- In a mixer, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until creamy.
- Throw in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix till it looks delicious (you can eat it with a spoon at this point).
- Toss in chocolate chips and mix only briefly. You want to mix the chips up but not chop them into little pieces.
- Pour mixture into a greased brownie pan and put into oven.
- Leave in oven for roughly 20-25 minutes. You'll know they're ready if you stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out dry.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack. Cut into pieces and consume!
