Summary

I invented this recipe one night when I didn't know what to eat. It is super quick and easy!

Recipe Story

I was super hungry one night, and the only leftovers were French Fries. I decided to spice them up and turn them into a variation of the classic nacho. Surprisingly the result was great!

Directions

  1. Procure some french fries. Mine were from New York Fries, but you can also use frozen (cook first!), or make some from scratch (sorry, no recipe for that yet!).
  2. Place the french fries on a microwaveable plate.
  3. Top with salsa, ensuring an even distribution.
  4. Sprinkle a handful of grated cheddar cheese over top of the salsa.
  5. Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
  6. When ready, sprinkle a pinch of chipotle powder on top for added kick.
  7. Optionally, serve with sour cream and lime.
