Directions
- Peel and slice peaches and wash blueberries. Place fruit in a bowl and add cinnamon, lemon juice, Grand Marnier, 1/4 cup of flour and white sugar and toss. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugars, oats and salt. Cut butter into dry mixture. Mix these ingredients until they come together. Place fruit in deep casserole and place flour oat mixture on top to cover fruit. Bake in 350 oven for approximately 30 minutes or until sides are bubbling. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream.
