Easy, one dish delicious sweet chicken recipe, which I received from my Auntie Merideth. Loved by kids of all ages.
Ingredients
12 Chicken thighs, bone in, with skin1 Cup Plum Sauce
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Cloves Garlic chopped fine
1 Teaspoon Ginger grated
1 Cup Soy Sauce

Directions
- In a glass or pottery baking dish, prepare the marinade, using the plum sauce, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Mix well.
- Add the chicken skin side up, to the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour.
