We call these breakfast mussels, it’s a little tongue in cheek because of the use of the hearty Oatmeal stout. Best served with a crusty loaf of bread.
Croutons can easily be made rather than bought... I always make them for my Caesar Salad, but it's always great to make a huge batch and keep em kicking around.
