Ingredients
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats2 cups Water (or Skim milk)
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/4 cup Brown sugar

- Mix the oats, water (or skim milk) and flax seeds into a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Add the brown sugar before serving.
