Ingredients

1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
2 cups Water (or Skim milk)
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/4 cup Brown sugar

  1. Mix the oats, water (or skim milk) and flax seeds into a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 3 hours.
