Ingredients

3 Eggs
1 tbsp Butter
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
1/4 cup Cream

Directions

  1. Break the 3 eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add a dash of salt and pepper, and whisk the eggs.
  3. Add about a tbsp of butter to a hot pan. Once the bottom of the pan is well covered with the butter add the eggs.
  4. Lightly stir the eggs with a rubber spatula, keeping the eggs from sticking to the sides.
  5. Just before the eggs are ready, add about a 1/4 cup of cream. Continue stirring until the cream has evaporated (don't let the eggs brown).
  6. Serve.
