Directions
- Break the 3 eggs into a bowl.
- Add a dash of salt and pepper, and whisk the eggs.
- Add about a tbsp of butter to a hot pan. Once the bottom of the pan is well covered with the butter add the eggs.
- Lightly stir the eggs with a rubber spatula, keeping the eggs from sticking to the sides.
- Just before the eggs are ready, add about a 1/4 cup of cream. Continue stirring until the cream has evaporated (don't let the eggs brown).
- Serve.
