Directions
- Rub salmon fillets with oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Over high heat, heat oil in skillet until very hot. Sear salmon fillets, skin side up, for 2 minutes per side, until browned.
- Transfer to 400 degree oven, until just opaque, or to desired doneness.
- Lovely.
