Spaghetti with Tuna, Capers and Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 can Tuna (in oil)1 tbsp Capers
1/2 small Onion, diced
1 clove Garlic, sliced
2 small Roma Tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 packager Spaghetti
Salt, to taste

Directions
- Heat olive oil and add onion cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and capers cook for 5 minutes. Add tuna and heat through. Add salt and pepper.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente strain and add to sauce.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
