Ingredients

1 can Tuna (in oil)
1 tbsp Capers
1/2 small Onion, diced
1 clove Garlic, sliced
2 small Roma Tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 packager Spaghetti
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil and add onion cook until soft. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and capers cook for 5 minutes. Add tuna and heat through. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente strain and add to sauce.
  4. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
