Directions
- Peel and break the ends off of the asparagus.
- Steam for 3 minutes. Set aside, pour out the water, turn off the burner and place the pot back on the burner.
- Add the oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to the pot and allow them to marry.
- Add salt and pepper to the asparagus. When the garlic looks a bit toasty, add the asparagus to the pot, toss and enjoy!
