This is a recipe that I have been making for years. I was in the kitchen and looking for something to whip together for a party and I came up with this dish. Everyone loves it, and I hope you do too.
Ingredients
2 pounds Extra lean ground turkey1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 can Chili beans
1 Teaspoon TABASCO
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1 pinch Salt
1 bag Corn Chips
1 Jar Salsa
1 pound Grated mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Heat a frying pan and place the ground turkey into the pan.
- Cook until the turkey is no longer pink, then add a can of tomatoes and let simmer for about one minute.
- Add the chili beans to the mixture and let cook for five minutes.
- Add the tabasco, salt and thyme to the frying pan, and mix well.
- Turn on the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.
- Pour the mixture into a ovensafe container. Sprinkle the corn chips over the mixture.
- Add the salsa and cheese and put the dish in the oven for about five minutes until the cheese is melted and chips are golden brown.
- Eat when cooled. I like to eat my dish with sour cream.
