Recipe Story
This recipe was given to me many years ago - by whom, I cannot recall. I like the fact that it makes enough for 10 to 12 people so it's great for a large group, or to have leftovers for another meal.

Directions
- In a medium saucepan cook half the onion and the garlic in the oil over moderately low heat, stirring until the onion is softened. Add the tomatoes, oregano, basil, wine and simmer the tomato sauce, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
- In a food processor finely chop the remaining onion with the bell pepper and the zucchini.
- In a large bowl combine the chopped vegetables with the tomato sauce, parsley, basil, turkey, bread crumbs, white pepper, whole egg, egg whites and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture between 2 loaf pans and bake meat loaves in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
