12 Oz Pasta - Penne2 Oz Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup Sliced Black Olives
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions
- Chop onions and garlic and saute in 1 tbsp of heated oil for 5 minutes. Add the olives and chopped tomatoes into the pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and put into a bowl. Add the sauted onions, tomatoes and olives on top of pasta. Mix and crumble the feta cheese within. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper (to taste) in a side bowl. Pour over pasta and toss.
